摘要 作为综采工作面的重要设备——液压支架的出现，把回采工作面的支护技术从手工支护发展到机械化支护。其是以高压液体为动力，由若干液压元件（油缸和阀件）和一些金属结构件组合而成的一种支撑和控制顶板的采煤工作面设备。在工作过程中能否取得良好的支护效果，取决于支架的架型的选择、结构的设计和相关参数的选取，因此液压支架的设计工作对于煤矿支护安全有着重要的影响。 本文概述了液压支架的发展历史、国内外应用研究的现状和发展方向。叙述了液压支架的工作原理与分类。液压支架主要结构部件掩护梁、四连杆机构和底座的设计是本文的主要内容。在完成本设计的过程中，利用理论分析的同时，也参考了许多实际经验数据，做到理论与实践相结合, 所以,本文具有很大的理论和实用价值,满足国家对本科生毕业设计的要求。 关键词：综采工作面 液压支架 掩护梁 四连杆机构 底座 Abstract As the improtant equipment of fully mechanized coal face - Hydraulic support appeared,the technology of support has been developed form manual support to mechanical support on the working face. This text said a liquid to press the development history of support all, present condition and progress condition of domestic and international application study,described a liquid to press work principle and categories of support. The design of Hydraulic supports main structure parts cover caving shield, four bar linkage and base is the main content of this article. Upon completion of this design process, using theoretical analysis, but also referred to the many practical experience data, achieves the combining theory with practice, therefore, the paper has great theoretical and practical value, satisfies the country to the undergraduate student graduation project request.
