留置针在增强CT检查中的应用研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨留置针对CT检查的增强作用。方法 整群选取该院2012年1月―2014年12月前瞻性研究100 d门诊CT检查患者，按照随机分组的原则，A组为50 d当中CT检查患者在进入扫描的期间躺在CT检查的床上后进行患者静脉留置针穿刺，将高压注射器与静脉留置针相连，之后增强CT扫描；B组为50 d当中患者在进入检查室等待做CT之前做好静脉穿刺，埋好静脉留置针步骤，然后在扫描间躺在检查床上后将高压注射器与静脉留置针相连，再次增强CT扫描； 分析并比较A、B两组增强CT检查患者在占用检查室所用的时间以及增强CT检查的人数情况。结果 A组与B组增强CT检查患者占用检查室时间分别为（14.50 ± 1.30）min/人、（7.71±1.44）min/人，增强CT检查次数分别为（17.66 ± 2.54）人/9 Am～12N、（32.22 ± 5.69） 人/9 Am ～12N， 组间数据差异有统计学意义（P中国论文网 /6/view-7215326.htm 　　[关键词] CT；留置针；效率；时间 　　[中图分类号] R472 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（a）-0191-03 　　Application Research of Indwelling Needle in Enhancing CT Examination 　　ZHANG Hong-xia 　　CT department， Meihekou Central Hospital， Meihekou， Jilin Province， 135000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the function of indwelling needle in enhancing CT examination.
