基于IE理论的通汇汽车物流公司的优化分析 摘 要 本文主要对汽车物流进行了简单的介绍，在汽车物流的背景下，深入研究了陕西通汇汽车物流有限公司，对该公司在物流活动中的厂内接收流程与物流生产运作流程进行了分析，针对在接受工作中遇见的一些问题运用工业工程的思想与方法进行改善与优化，主要是针对接收中卸货慢的问题运用了线路图分析、到货标准化分析、库存管理方法分析进行了分析与改善。同时，针对生产物流中存在的二次包装（翻包）工作进行了研究，运用了作业环境因素研究、人型流程程序分析、程序分析、5S对翻包工作中存在的问题进行了分析与优化。最后研究了通汇物流公司的取货运输模型，在循环取货状态下运用了重心法对公司在运输取货中的中转站进行了选取。 关键词：通汇物流，IE，优化 Analysis of the IE theory remittance optimization of automotive logistics company ABSTRCAT In this paper, a simple introduction to the automotive logistics，In the context of the automotive logistics，depth study of the Shaanxi tonghui Automotive Logistics Co, Ltd., the companys logistics activities in the factory to accept the process and logistics of production and operational processes were analyzed，Ideas and methods to improve and optimize the use of industrial engineering for some of the problems met in the accepted work.
