3 conditions before commissioning
3.1 civil team should finish the following work:
3.1.1 civil work of each wastewater treatment system has been finished complying with the design requirements.
3.1.2 Construction of necessary anticorrosive equipments has been finished and drainage ditch is unobstructed.
3.2 civil team should finish the following work:
3.2.1 Installation of equipments, pipes, valves, chemical dosing tank for each wastewater treatment system has been finished complying with the design. Each kind of valves act smartly and the tightness of them meets the requirements.
3.2.2 calibration of system online instruments meets the requirements. Installation and commissioning work has been finished. Online supervision can be put into service.
