老年福利机构运营问题研究 ——以山东省黄山铺镇幸福院为例 摘要：我国老龄化问题日趋严重，机构养老成为解决养老问题的重要方式，因此关注老年福利机构的运营状况显得特别重要。本文以山东省黄山铺镇幸福院为研究对象，对该机构资金、管理、服务等运营方面存在问题进行了探究。调查结果认为该机构存在资金来源渠道单一和使用不规范，管理体制不健全，服务人员素质低，服务水平不高等问题，并针对这些问题分析原因。 关键词：老年福利机构；资金；管理；服务 Abstract：The problem of our country’s aging is serious increasingly day by day, provided by organization becomes an important way to solve the problems.
