内蒙古财经学院本科毕业论文 野生动植物价值评估探讨 作 者 曹 伊 系 别 财 政 税 务 专 业 资 产 评 估 年 级 2 0 0 6级 学 号 200601533 指导教师 李 志 刚 导师职称 副 教 授  内 容 提 要 自然资源的过度使用不仅导致了地球资源的匮乏，而且也产生了沙尘肆虐、土地荒漠、水源奇缺、气候异常等一系列生态问题。合理利用有限资源，维护生态平衡已经成为新世纪人类发展的重大命题。野生动植物是自然资源的重要组成部分，对维护全球生态平衡及经济发展起着重要作用。在市场经济条件下，野生动植物价值管理是保护、合理利用野生动植物资源的前提条件。本文在详细地对野生动植物价值定性分析后，提出野生动植物资源的价格定量评估模式。 关键字：生物多样性 价值 资源 Abstract The excessive using of natural resources not only results in lack of the earths resources, but also caused a series of ecological problems as raging dust, desertification、water scarcity and climate anomalies. Rational using of limited resources and maintaining ecological balance has become a major topic of human development in the new century. Wildlife is an important part of the natural resources, which plays an important role on the maintenance of global ecological balance and economic development. In the economy market, the value management of wildlife is the prerequisite of the protection, rational use of wildlife resources, after a detailed qualitative analysis of the value of wildlife, this paper proposed price quantitative assessment model of wildlife resources.
