野菊花中绿原酸提取工艺研究.docVIP

　目的优选野菊花中绿原酸的提取工艺。方法设计正交实验，以绿原酸含量为考察指标对提取工艺进行优化。结果水浴提取法最优工艺为：液固比为12：1的70%乙醇于80℃水浴提取40 min。在此条件下，绿原酸的质量分数达到0.35%。超声的最佳提取条件为：液固比为15：1的60%乙醇预浸渍40 min，超声提取45 min。在此条件下，绿原酸的质量分数达到0.36%。超声法优于水浴法。结论以该工艺提取绿原酸，保证了较高的绿原酸质量分数，优化了野菊花中绿原酸的提取工艺。 【关键词】 野菊花；绿原酸；正交实验；分光光度法；提取工艺 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo obtain optimum extraction technology of chlorogenic acid from Flos Chrysanthemi Indici.MethodsThe extraction processes for chlorogenic acid from Flos Chrysanthemi Indici. with water bath extraction and ultrasonic wave were investigated using the content of chlorogenic acid as index.
