Presently, the options of legally prescribed punishment of penalty and bribery in our country excites many problems, this circumstances have affected the efficiency of attack and the prevent penalty and bribery. This article analyzed main problem of the options of legally prescribed punishment of penalty and bribery in our country, such as, the vacancy of qualifications for punishment stipulation, waste of death penalty stipulation, insufficiency of the property punishment stipulation, the standard of punished amount is unscientific, exterior and interior uncoordinated of measurement of penalty, in contrast with corruption of offence, the measurement of penalty for crime of acceptance of bribes is not scientific. Finally author proposed own consummates suggestion.
