任 务 书 题目： 探头锁帽的数控加工 专业 数控技术 主要内容： 1：数控加工工艺内容； 2: 零件图工艺分析； 3：镗Φ56mm和Φ74mm的内圆； 4：切削用量的选择； 5：加工M76×2的内螺纹； 6：倒角的作用； 基本要求： 1：装夹工件时一定要靠紧、装正； 2：根据工步划分选择合适的刀具； 3: 能够熟练运用相关的计算公式； 4：加工过程中要勤于测量尺寸，超出公差范围要及时修正； 5：加工中应避免磕碰、划伤零件表面； 6：加工好零件后要去毛刺、用打磨机打磨明亮； 完 成 期 限： 指导教师签章： 2012年 月 日  摘 要 本次设计主要是对数控加工工艺进行分析与具体零件图的加工，首先对数控加工技术进行了简单的介绍，然后根据零件图进行数控加工分析。第一，根据本零件材料的加工工序、切削用量以及其他相关因素选用刀具及刀柄和零件的轮廓特点确定需要6把刀具分别为①60°三角形外圆车刀，②35°菱形镗刀，③45°右偏倒角刀，④35°菱形左偏外圆刀，⑤刀片宽度为3mm的内切槽刀，⑥内螺纹刀；第二，针对零件图图形进行编制程序，此零件为孔类零件，外轮廓由直线组成，而零件的里面要先镗孔，再车出M76×2的螺纹。在加工过程中，工件需要先装夹左端，车右端面再镗孔，然后调头装夹右端，车左端面以及Φ87外圆,再调头装夹左端，车宽度为3mm的退刀槽以及M76×2的内螺纹；第三，装夹右端时，以内孔定位，为保证零件的加工精度，其上一工序应先将内孔口锐角倒钝，这样可很方便内孔更好定位以及右端的装夹。 关键词：刀具的确定、走刀路线的选择、工件的定位、数控编程。  Abstract This design is mainly on the NC machining process analysis and specific parts of the processing, the numerical control processing technology were introduced, and then based on the part drawing for NC machining of.
