毕业设计说明书 毕 业 设 计 题 目 邯郸新苑城商业办公楼C座C区设计 系别专业班级2014春土木工程本科 学 生 姓 名 崔 晓 文 指 导 教 师 闫 亚 光 2015年11月25日前 言 本毕业设计说明书是中央电大土木工程专业本科生毕业设计的说明书，本说明书全部内容共分十三章，这十三章里包含了荷载汇集、水平作用下框架内力分析、竖向作用下框架内力分析、以及框架中各个结构构件的设计等，这些内容容纳了本科生毕业设计要求的全部内容，其中的计算方法都来自于本科所学知识，可以说是大学所学知识的一个很好的复习总结,同时也是培养能力的过程。 本毕业设计说明书根据任务书要求以及最新相关规范编写，内容全面、明确，既给出了各类问题解决方法的指导思想，又给出了具体的解决方案，并且明确地给出了各类公式及符号的意义和必要的说明。本说明书概念清晰、语言流畅，每章都有大量的计算表格，并且对重点说明部分配置图解。应该说本说明书很好地完成了本次毕业设计的任务要求、达到了本次毕业设计的预定目标。  摘 要 本工程为邯郸新苑城商业办公楼，位于邯郸市滏漳路与东柳大街交叉口东北角, 程占地面积约4738.4平方米左右，建筑功能包括：商店、办公室。总建筑面积：4738.4m2，其中商店2112.2m2，办公2626.2m2，建筑红线尺寸69m*15m，地上主体5层，结构形式为框架结构。在设计中，遵循安全、适用、经济、节能、美观的设计原则遵照国家现行的建筑类设计规范及制图标准，参照教科书中的设计实例，查阅各种建筑及结构图集，所以该设计符合建筑设计的程序要求。 工程属于丙类建筑，根据《建筑抗震设计规范》GB50011-2001第1(0(5条，按本地区设防烈度采取抗震措施。 建筑高H=19.400m，局部高H=23.300m，属多层建筑，采用框架结构，现浇梁、板及柱，现浇板式楼梯；根据《建筑抗震设计规范》GB50011-2001第6.2.1条，框架抗震等级为三级。 根据地质报告，拟采用柱下十字交梁基础。基础埋深-2.10m。 混凝土：主体结构梁、柱、板均采用C30级；构造柱、圈梁及过梁均采用C25级。 钢 筋：HRB400级钢。 焊 条：采用E43及E50型。 抗震及抗风措施：填充墙在门口标高处设抗震带一道。 关键词：商业办公楼；钢混；框架 Abstract This project as a new YuanCheng handan commercial office building, located in the northeast corner of handan furong get road and east willow street intersection. This project covers an area of about 4738.4 square metre, the engineering and construction features include: shops, office. A total construction area: 4738.4 m2, of which the store 2112.2 m2, office 2626.2 m2, building red line size 15 m, 69 m * subject five floors on the ground, the structure form is frame structure.
