本科毕业论文（设计） 施工工程项目风险管理的问题及对策 院（系、部）名 称 ： 商务管理系 专 业 名 称： ） 学 生 姓 名： 学 生 学 号： 指 导 教 师： 摘 要 文章从研究施工工程项目风险管理的主要内容及其特点入手，凸显施工工程项目风险管理的重要性和紧迫性。进而对施工工程项目管理过程中不同阶段的风险问题进行说明，其中包括施工前期承包方风险意识薄弱，管理机制不健全，分析问题不到位导致标书出现不合理的条款；施工中期质量成本管理不善导致工程成本增加；后期保险市场不完善，容易造成索赔无果，进一步增加施工单位的负担。因此，对以上问题进行合理的分析后，总结出相应的应对措施，比如，增强施工方风险意识,做好施工前环境、地质的勘察，健全管理机制，科学管理，加大对保险市场的开发，健全相关法律等。最后，各承包方应加强对施工工程项目的风险管理，这既适应国际建筑市场的客观需求也有利于我国基本建设和国民经济的发展。 关键词Abstract This paper studies the main content of construction project risk management and its characteristics, highlight the importance and urgency of construction project risk management. On different stages in the process of construction engineering project management risk, including the preparation of contractor risk awareness is weak, the management mechanism is not sound, the analysis does not reach the designated position lead to unreasonable terms of the tender Middle construction quality cost management in engineering cost; Late insurance market is not perfect, easy to cause the claim failed, further increase the burden of construction unit.
