摘 要钛合金具有其优良的特性,在生产中得到了越来越广泛的应用,其生产和制造的需求与日俱增。但钛合金是典型的难加工材料,它的高效加工是当前亟待解决的问题,因此对钛合金高速切削加工机理进行有限元仿真分析具有极其重要的意义。
本文基于金属切削加工理论和有限元分析法,通过有限元软件ABAQUS建立了钛合金高速切削加工仿真模型,确定了切削仿真所需要的摩擦模型、切屑分离准则、断裂准则等关键技术。通过二维仿真模型,对TC4高速切削加工中的切削力进行了仿真分析,分析了切削参数对切削力的影响情况;其次TC4的切屑的形成过程进行了仿真,分析了锯齿状切屑的形成机理,总结了切削参数对切屑形状和切削力的影响规律。
仿真结果表明,所得到的切削力切屑形状与实际加工相似,说明所建有限元切削仿真模型有效,可以用来研究钛合金在高速切削加工中的切削状况,仿真中所得到的结论为接下来的研究及实际加工提供参考。关键词:钛合金;高速切削;切削力;切屑形成
Abstract
The titanium alloy had been more widely used because of its irrep1aceable superior characteristics , and the demands for its production add manufacturing were more and more.As titanium alloy is a typical difficult to machine materials,it is the current problems to be solved that high efficient processing of The titanium alloy, so e simulation research on the machining mechanism during high speed cutting of titanium alloys was extremely important.
Based on the metal cutting theory and finite element analysis,in this paper,the simulation model of high-speed cutting of titanium alloy was built by finite e1ement soft ware the key techno1ogies such as the friction model,chip separation criteria and facture criteria which were needed in cutting simulation were determined.Firstly,the cutting force during the high-speed cutting of TC4 was analysed based on the orthogonal experimental method through the -dimensional simulation model,the reliable empirical formul was obtained,and the effects of cutting parameters on cutting force were analyzed.Secondly the chip formation process of TC4 was simulated by the orthogonal cutting program;the formation mechanism of serrated chip was analyzed and the influence of the tool rake angle and cutting parameters on chip shape was summarized.
The simulation results showed that the resulting cutting force and residual stress were accord with high- speed cutting theory ,the chip shape was similar to the actual processing,it was indicated that the model of finite element simulation in this paper was effective which could be used t
