BIM技术实施对造价咨询企业盈利模式的影响分析 Analysis of the Impact on the?Profit Model of?Cost Consulting Enterprises in?the Implementation of?BIM Technology 摘 要 随着建设市场化程度的不断提高，无论是业主还是承包商都需要根据工程本身的情况和市场多变的因素加强对项目工程造价的控制，在这样的环境下，工程造价咨询行业应运而生。工程造价咨询机构是在建设市场中为业主、承包商及有关各方提供工程造价控制和管理专业服务的中介机构组织。 在国家有关部门的领导、协调下和行业自身的不断摸索，造价咨询经过了对管理制度、行业规范等不断改革和完善，并取得了可喜的成绩。但是，综观目前我国造价咨询行业的现状，我们不难发现本行业中的工程造价咨询企业普遍实力薄弱、公司规模偏小、技术力量不强。造价咨询公司的造价管理业务也存在着造价数据分析功能弱、全过程管理进展不快、项目群管理能力不强、数据积累和共享困难、企业核心竞争力薄弱。 BIM作为一种新生技术，在提升工程造价管理水平、提高工程造价管理效率、实现工程造价乃至整个工程生命周期信息化的过程中，都具有无可比拟的优势：提高工程量计算的效率和准确性、强化设计阶段的成本控制力度、提高工程造价分析能力、真正实现造价全过程管理。 利用BIM能够迅速、便捷、高效的满足业主不断增长且越来越趋于苛刻的需求，其不断变革着传统造价咨询企业的业务范围、服务手段、服务理念，进而影响着传统造价企业的盈利模式。因此，探讨BIM技术对造价咨询企业盈利模式的影响既有理论意义，也具有实际意义。 关键词：造价咨询 BIM 盈利模式 BIM平台 The Analysis of the Impact of the BIM Technology on the Profit Mode of the Cost Consulting Enterprise ABSTRACT With the continuous improvement of the degree of the construction market, both the owner and the contractor need to strengthen control of the project cost according to the project itself and the changeable market factors, in this environment, the engineering cost consulting industry arises at the historic moment.
