枸杞多糖联合白芍总苷 治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的疗效评定 王婧姣漆明 【摘要】 目的:白芍总苷在治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡(ecurrent Aphthous Ulcer,RAU)中的长期临床疗效及不良反应。方法: 将例RAU患者随机分为两组,治疗组例采用白芍总苷治疗对照组例两组疗程均为个月根据中华口腔医学会膜病专业委员会的“RAU疗效评价试行标准”进行疗效评价。结果:白芍总苷组显著优组患者在治疗期内的总间歇期均延长，溃疡总数目均减少间歇期影响存在显著性差异（＜0.0）；对溃疡数目影响差异（0.05）。结论: 白芍总苷治疗RAU疗效不良反应轻微【关键词】白芍总苷﹔复发性 【中国图书分类法分类号】 【文献标志码】A The linical evaluation of Total Glucosides of Paeony and Lyeium Barbaom Polysaccharide in the treatment of Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer WANG Jingjiao1,LI Li1,XU Wu Qing2, QI Ming1* (1. The treatment group of 80 patients were treated with TGP and LBP extracting from Ningxia lyeium barbaom,and another 80 patients in the control group were treated with TGP only.The course for two groups was 6 months.Then evaluate the efficacy according to the RAU Evaluation trial standardsof Chinese Stomatological Association Professional Committee of mucosal disease.Results: The efficiency of LBP combined with TGP group was significantly better than the TGP group, with less adverse reactions. Total intermittent period of two RAU thanthe TGP group, with less adverse reactions. Total intermittent period of two RAU patients groups were extended,and there was a significant difference of its intermittent period (p0.01).There was no significant difference of the changes on the number of ulcers (p0.05).
