摘 要 目前燃油燃气锅炉具有一个共性问题就是前烟箱温度太高，本文首先介绍了现有解决锅炉前烟箱温度高的措施，加装保温材料和利用水套降温；其次本人利用所学知识对1t/h燃气锅炉进行了合理的传热计算，并设计出结构布置和利用AUTO cad绘画出结构图纸；而后介绍了自己设计的一种新型锅炉前烟箱，包括其加工方法和利用AUTO cad绘画出结构图纸；最后利用fluent软件模拟出新设计的前烟箱和老式前烟箱保温效果，结果表明新设计的前烟箱对回收锅炉前烟箱散失的热量作出了贡献。 关键词：燃气锅炉；热力计算；前烟箱；保温；水套 Abstract Currently fuel gas boiler has a common problem the temperature of Front smoke box is too high, firstly the research describes the existing solutions of the problem including adding thermal insulation material and using water sets for cooling; secondly with the knowledge learned from classes, the researcher makes reasonable calc
