抗血清的制备以及抗体效价的检测 Preparation of Antiserum and Titer Detection of Antibody 摘要：通过使用待测抗原免疫健康小白鼠与兔子。经过3-4周饲养后，从使用待测抗原免疫过的小白鼠和兔子体内分离出抗血清。测定得到的抗体效价。 概述方法：使用实验提供的抗原BSA免疫兔子，抗原3678免疫小白鼠。初次免疫反应（二次免疫由其他专业代做）6周后抽血。通过仪器分离出抗血清。使用间接ELISA方法检测抗体效价。与对照组（来自于同实验其他组同学）进行对照。计算出抗体效价。 Abstract:?To immunize?healthy mice?and?rabbits?tested by using the?antigen.
