不良品自动分拣技术研究 电子信息工程专业0901班 王晓超 指导教师 王玉槐 摘 要：应用图像处理技术通过图像分析处理，从而对产品进行检测，并通过分拣系统的物理操作进行分拣。通过MATLAB对所需检测产品图像进行轮廓定位，进行面积的优化算法，计算得到了掩模图；给出了产品有效分析区域的掩模实现方法；通过比较比对进行分析，完成了缺陷的识别。而分拣系统则是通过机械的操作，通过电机的转动来完成分拣任务。本文是对自动分拣技术的模拟化，所采用的是步进电机的正反转对分拣进行模拟。传统的产品检测基本由人工视觉来完成。由于人工检测不仅工作量大，而且极易受检测人员的精神状态、工作熟练程度、经验水平和工作环境等因素的影响，因此，很难保证检测的效率与精度。自动检测控制技术则是近年来发展起来的解决该问题的新兴技术。而通过图像处理，影像分析，从而在良优选择的这一课题，已经日益变成了热点。所以本课题对这种技术进行简单的介绍与阐述。 关键词：图像分析；图像采集；自动分拣；自动检测 Automatic sorting technology research of defective products Electronic information engineering Xiaochao Wang Instructor: Yuhuai Wang Abstract：Application of image processing techniques through image analysis processing Thereby detecting the product, And through the physical operation of the sorting system for sorting.
