论我国民营企业员工团队管理 摘要：在经济高速发展的今天，民营企业成为我国市场经济中一道亮丽的风景线，民营企业用业绩在激烈竞争中站稳脚跟。但民营企业在员工团队管理中还存在许多不规范的问题，阻碍了企业进一步的发展。员工团队是企业的组成部分，对员工团队的科学管理是民营企业的当务之急。因此，本文运用了人力资源管理的相关知识，深入了解我国民营企业现状，分析企业在员工团队管理中出现的问题，以此探讨问题产生的症结所在，并提出解决问题的策略，以期待我国民营企业在员工管理上更加规范、科学、合理，希望广大的民营企业为我国国民经济做出长远的贡献。 关键字： 民营企业； 人力资源管理； 员工团队； On the team management staff of private enterprises in China.
