郑州大学毕业设计（论文） 题 目 四柱液压汽车举升机 的机构设计 院 系 机械工程学院 专 业 机械工程及自动化 年 级 2004级2班 学生姓名 张新令20040130238 指导教师 李 延 民 2008年 06月2日摘 要 随着汽车行业的不断发展，随之而来的汽车维修的任务也愈来愈重。在汽车举升机没有出现之前，一般汽车维修工人都要趴在汽车底盘下面进行维修，在这样的环境下，不但维修活动范围受到限制，而且维修质量、维修效率也同样受到一定程度的影响。随着汽车维修业的迅猛发展，这样的维修方法已经不能够满足繁忙的汽车维修工作。于是就有了汽车举升机的出现，这种机器是将整辆汽车举升到一定高度，这样可以使维修工人很方便的在汽车底部工作。本设计是四柱液压汽车举升机的结构设计，首先对题目进行分析，再结合现有的汽车举升机的结构和液压系统，加上对汽车举升机的深入研究，然后对其中的方案进行拟定选择，并且对其中的重要零部件进行设计校核，并且画出装配图及零件图，从而将四柱液压汽车举升机设计完成。 关键词： 汽车维修 四柱 液压 举升机 Abstract With the continuous development of the automotive industry, followed by the vehicle maintenance tasks also increasing. Before the life did not appear ,The general vehicle maintenance workers must expense under the car below the chassis for maintenance, in the environment, not only maintenance activities were restricted, and maintenance of quality and efficiency of maintenance is also to a certain extent affected. As the vehicle maintenance industry is rapidly developing, the maintenance of this has not be able to meet peak of vehicle maintenance work.
