中国农村商业保险发展现状研究以贵州省三都县扬拱乡为例解说.docVIP

摘 要 农业是人类的衣食之源、生存之本，也是国民经济发展的基础，农村居民为国家社会经济发展作出了巨大贡献。但是我国农业基础薄弱，容易受到各种自然灾害侵扰，农村居民面临的各项风险主要依靠国家财政转移支付解决，农村居民运用商业保险进行转稼风险的比例相当低。这种的方式给国家财政带来极大的负担，并且不能足额补偿农村居民由于各项风险事故造成的损失，在农村现代化建设过渡过程中，应该积极发展现代农业，解决农村居民生活生产中面临的各种问题，提高农业综合生产能力。因此，大力发展商业保险成为促进农村经济社会良性循环发展的必要保障。本文首先介绍中国农村商业保险发展现状，以实地调查方法研究贵州省三都县扬拱乡商业保险发展现状，从中发现了扬拱乡商业保险发展中存在的问题，包括农村居民的参保率低、不了解风险管理的意义、保险意识不强、商业保险公司公信力低、家庭没有相关理财计划等等。针对以上存在问题提出解决对策和建设，通过提高农村居民风险与保险意识，提高保险行业的公信力和完善我国保险行业的监督机制等促进我国农村商业保险的健康发展。 关键词: 农村 商业保险 贵州 ABSTRACT Agriculture is the source of human food and clothing, survival, also is the foundation of the national economic development, rural residents in the nations social and economic development have made great contribution. But our country agriculture as the foundation is weak, the vulnerable to all kinds of natural disasters, the risk faced by rural residents rely mainly on national finance transfer payment to solve, rural residents use commercial insurance for every risk ratio is quite low. This way of national finance to bring huge burden, and not enough to make up for the loss of the rural residents due to the risk of accidents, in the process of rural modernization transition, should actively develop modern agriculture and solve problems faced in the production of life in rural areas, improve the comprehensive agricultural production capacity. Therefore, to develop the commercial insurance becomes necessary guarantee to promote the development of rural economic and social virtuous circle.
