课 程 名 称:汽车原理 课 程 编 号:__________________ 学 生 姓 名:张 学 号:A0 年 级:2012级 成 绩:__________________ 教 师 签 字:__________________ 增程式电动汽车辅助动力单元控制系统的研究 摘要:目的:随着汽车保有量的急剧增加,世界范围内的石油和环境危机越来越严重,各国政府对汽车的排放要求也越来越严格。为了突破汽车行业发展过程中的这一瓶颈,具有零污染零排放优势的电动汽车成为了一个新的研究方向。方法:本文首先对辅助动力单元工作原理和工作特性进行了论述分析,确定控制系统采用联合控制模式和基于蚁群神经网络的控制策略,并且完成了基于Matlab/Simulink的软件仿真,从理论上验证了本方案的有效性和可行性。 结果:对增程式电动汽车关键器件进行分析选型,确定了整车动力总成的主要参数,并完成了基于16位单片机控制器的软硬件开发工作,并在随后的台架试验和路试试验中进行了不断地的改进和完善。 关键词 :增程式电动汽车;辅助动力单元;控制系统;软硬件设计 The Research of Auxiliary Power Unit Control Abstract:objective:System for Range Extended Electric Vehicle With the rapid increasing in car ownership of the whole world, petroleum and environmental crises become more and more serious. Governments all over the world have performed more stringent car emission standards. In order to alleviate the drawbacks carried out by traditional vehicles, electric cars become the focus because of its advantages of zero emission and zero pollution. Method:First of all, this thesis introduces and analyses operation principle and characteristics of APU. The control system adopts combination control mode and based on ant colony neural network control strategy, according to above analysis. Then, simulation experiments was studied by using of Matlab/Simulink. The results showed the validity and feasibility of the designed control mode and strategy in theory. Result: the thesis states how to choose the type of key components for APU control system, brought forward the major parameters of powertrain. Afterwards, the APU controller has been accomplished both in haedware and software based on 16-bit microcontroller. In addition, further improvement and perfection have also been accomplished based on the subsequent experiment.
