目的和范围 purpose and scope 1.1目的 PURPOSE 此操作指导书规定了用于确定变速器总成及其零部件清洁度的检查、评定及操作方法。 This operation guidebook provides the check, evaluation and operation approach to confirm the cleanness of transmission assembly and other parts. 1.2 范围 SCOPE 1.1规定于汽车发动机、变速箱、分动箱总成清洁度的测定方法。 Rule the measuring method of cleanness of transmission and transfer case assembly. 1.2适用于一般用途的汽车机械式发动机、变速箱、分动箱总成清洁度的检查和评定。 Applicable to check and evaluation of cleanness of general-purpose auto mechanical transmission and transfer case assembly. 1.3适用于以上产品的零部件的清洁度的检查和评定。 Applicable to check and evaluation of cleanness of above products other parts 1.4规定每月对汽车发动机、变速箱每一种机型抽检一次清洁度。 Rule every month we should check randomly cleanness one time about every type of transmission. 2. 职责 responsibility 2.1装配车间负责拆解用于清洁度检测的发动机、变速箱，并提供干净整洁的工作台，零件分解程度见附件5。 Assembly department take charge of disassembly transmission that would be used to check cleanness. And provide clean and tidy workbench. The disassemble degree of parts refer to appendix 5. 2.2 质量管理科负责零件清洗和过滤、烘干等清洁度检测过程，并按要求出具报告。 Quality department take charge of process about cleanness check such as washing and filter the parts and drying.
