The network course teaching platform of the computer is an educational reform project of school. It is design based on long-range tutoring system of basic course of calculation of Web and its realization,and is the tipical model of browser and server. Computer network curriculum teaching platform system can enormously promotes the computer network curriculum teaching, enhances the teaching efficiency and the teaching method,and provides an ideal study platform for the student. This paper mainly introduce the implementation technique of “The multi-functional teaching platform based on internet”, it emphasizes on introducing the design thought and implementation technique of some major functional module. Meanwhile, it explains some key codes. The multi-functional teaching platform use B/S mode which is convenient for systems maintenance and upgrade. At the same time, it adopt JPS and SQL database techniques and Struts frame, which are convenient for system development, making the system structure clearer and the maintenance easier.
