（专投中青年研讨会参会论文） 我国金融发展与居民财产性收入关系的实证研究 孟祥兰 卢米雪 内容提要：本文对我国1990—2007年的金融发展与居民财产性收入之间的关系进行了探索性的实证研究，通过协整检验和误差修正模型的建立，表明长期内金融发展和居民财产性收入之间存在稳定的正向关系，短期内金融发展也能促进居民财产性收入的增长。通过Granger因果关系检验，还发现金融发展是居民财产性收入增长的Granger原因,反之却不成立。基于这样的研究结论,给出了相应的政策建议。 关键词：金融发展；财产性收入；协整；误差修正模型；Granger因果关系检验 An Empirical Study of the relationship between the financial development and residents’ property income Meng xianglan Lu mixue Abstract: This paper explosively works on the empirical study of the relationship between the financial development and residents’ property income during the year
