Lecturer: Li Lin Heart meridian of Hand-shaoyin Spleen Meridian of Foot-taiyin Starting place: heart Pertaining organ: heart Connecting organ: small intestine Terminating place: medial aspect of little finger Spleen meridian of foot-taiyin 体内：起于心中，出属心系，下络小肠，支脉上挟咽喉，连目系。 体表：从腋窝循上肢内侧后缘下行，经手掌内后缘，至小指桡侧端与手太阳小肠经相接。 手少阴心经 腧穴 本经共9穴：极泉、青灵、少海、灵道、通里、阴郄、神门、少府、少冲。 （重点掌握5穴） （三）主治概要 心胸病：心痛，心悸，怔忡，心烦，胸痛。 神志病：不寐，健忘，癫狂痫。 外经病：肘臂痛，掌心热。 Shaohai(HT3) 少海 合穴 【Location】 When the elbow is fully flexed, this acupoint is the depression at the medial end of the transverse cubital crease, the midpoint between Quze (PC3) and the medial epicondyle of the humerus. 【Indications】 Precordial pain, hysteria, mental disorders, spasmodic pain in the elbow and arm, hand tremors, hand numbness, elbow pain, head and neck pain, axilla and rib pain, scrofula. 【needling method】 Perpendicular insertion 0.5-1 cun. Shenmen(HT7)神门 输穴；原穴 【Location】 At the wrist joint, on the radial side of the tendon of flexor carpi ulnaris, in the depression at the most distal transverse crease of the wrist. 【Indications】 Precordial pain, vexation, “jing ji”(palpitations due to fright,“zheng zhong(fearful throbbing (severe palpitations), poor memory, insomnia, dementia, insanity, epilepsy, mental disorders, high blood pressure, pain in the chest and hypochondriac regions 【needling method】 Perpendicular insertion 0.3-0.5 cun 手少阴心经小结 1、经脉走向 体内：起于心中，出属心系，下络小肠，支脉上挟咽喉，连目系。 体表：从腋窝循上肢内侧后缘下行，经手掌内后缘，至小指桡侧端与手太阳小肠经相接。 2、本经腧穴起于极泉，止于少冲，共9穴。 3、本经联系的脏腑器官有心、小肠、肺、咽、目。 4、主治要点 心胸病：心痛，心悸，心烦，胸闷，胸痛。 神志病：不寐，多梦，癫狂，痫证，小儿高热惊厥。 外经病：肘臂痛，掌心热。 5、特殊作用 通里治舌咽病。 6、取穴要点 肘横纹内侧端与肱骨内上髁中点取少海。 腕横纹尺侧端取神门。 神门上1寸取通里，神门上0.5寸取阴郄。
