摘 要 随着我国经济的发展，人们对城市基础设施期望的不断提高，传统的公交调度管理系统已不能满足乘客对公交服务及时性和舒适性的更高需求。与发达国家相比，我国城市公交调度方法仍比较原始，不仅车辆到站时间不稳定，信息化服务更是基本空白。近几年，我国大力推进公交电子化的进程，开发代表城市公交发展的高新技术。电子化的引入已经给公交系统带来了许多优势，如应用地理信息系统、数字通讯、计算机网络等现代科学技术，在城市主要干道上实施营运跟踪管理，建立动态监控指挥平台，改善目前的调度管理和服务水平，为广大乘客提供实时车辆到站预报，同时进行公共信息发布、盲人语音导航等便民服务，吸引了客流，提升了公交运营质量。这些技术当中以电子站牌最为引人注目，公交电子站牌系统是一种集电子与计算机技术、通信技术于一体的智能交通系统，它将汽车、公路、人等因素，通过这些先进的技术联合成一个高效而又开放的交通体系。 本论文主要研究了公交车电子站牌系统的设计与开发过程，在对国内外电子站牌系统进行分析后，系统采用B/S 模式，用基于Web 的语言开发系统应用界面，利用MSSQL Server 2000 数据库作为系统数据存储机制，完成信息的存储和发布。利用现有的网络通讯条件构建系统的网络体系结构，实现系统数据的共享与传输。开发过程中还使用了无线数据传输技术实现车辆与站台间的无线信息传输。电子站牌系统的研发使道路管理者和使用者方便地获得所需的交通信息, 帮助乘客及时选择合适的行动路线, 疏散交通流量, 将整个交通状况向理想的状态引导, 并提高了道路的使用效率 关 键 词：智能交通，电子站牌，Browser/Server(B/S)模式，SQL ABSTRACT Along with the development of economy, People constantly heighten their expectations for the infrastructure of city, so that traditional public transportation control system havent been satisfied growing demand of passengers for timeliness and comfortable. Whole service level of Chinese transportation system is far lower than that of advanced countries, for example, buses often not arrive at station on time, lack of information service and transportation control method is outdated. In recent years,Chinese government have made great effort to improve e-service level of publictransportation system, moreover, the government have began to develop new technology for transportation system, introduction of e-service bring various advantages to public transportation, for instance Geographic Information System, Data Communication, Computer Network and other modern technologies. Furthermore, the public transportation system adopt tracking management in main streets of cities, and set up dynamic monitor maneuvering platform, enhance recent management and service level, provide real time information about arrival forecast as well as Public information for passengers, offer voice navigation and other services for the convenience of the customers.
