HYPERLINK /s/articlelist_1303258702_6_1.html \t _blank 工程设计施工采购监理招标 11 Testing试验 11.1Testing of the Works工程试验 The Contractor shall carry out the Tests on Completion of Design-Build in accordance with this Clause and Sub-Clause 7.4[Testing], after providing the documents in accordance with Sub-Clause 5.5[As-Built Documents] and Sub-Clause 5.6[Operation and Maintenance Manuals]. ? The Contractor shall give Notice to the Employer’s Representative not less than 21 days prior to the date after which the Contractor will be ready to carry out each of the Tests on Completion of Design-Build. Unless otherwise agreed, Tests on Completion of Design-Build shall be carried out within 14 days after this date, on such day or days as the Employer’s Representative shall instruct. ?
