The establishment of the early warning system of financial risk will help enterprises guard against the financial risks and defuse it. On the basis of operating risks and company informationization, the early warning system of financial risk is a system which monitors the potential risks in the management activities of the company in the real time. However, there are many problems in the early warning system of financial risk of modern enterprises. On the foundation of anglicizing the existing financial early warning model which uses the contrastive method, this article proposes the basic thinking way and the method to perfecting modern early warning system of financial risk. It also focuses on the establishment of an effective modern early warning system of financial risk by using standardized method. This paper is divided into four parts?: The first part overviews the early warning systems of financial risk; The second part introduces Chinas current model of the financial warning; The third part raises the existing problems in the current early warning system of financial risk; The four part researches the basic ideas to establish a relatively perfect early warning system of financial risk. In order to achieve it. The first thing we should do is to combine the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and draw up the cash flow budget, then consolidate the predict results of financial risk early warnings model and comprehensive evaluation index system, and divide the long-term and short-term early warning system of financial risk, finally we should combine the early warning system of financial risk and the
