§1生乳相对密度的测定
1.原理
使用密度计直接检测,根据其读数与生乳的温度(10-25℃)查表,换算为20℃时的读数,通过计算可得生乳的相对密度。
2.仪器设备
2.1 密度计:20℃/4℃。
2.2 玻璃量筒或250ml的标准量筒。
3.分析步骤
取均匀并调节温度为10-25℃的生乳试样,量筒倾斜,缓慢
