我国服务贸易发展的制约因素及对策
摘要
近几年来各国服务业的迅速发展和国际间服务贸易不断扩大服务贸易在世界经济和贸易的发展中发挥了重要的作用国际服务贸易也被纳入多边贸易谈判的议程中服务贸易成为了国际贸易竞争的新领域并且成为了一个国家提高国际竞争力的重要因素。当前发达国家依然在国际服务贸易中处于主导地位中国是一个服务业和服务贸易发展水平相对落后的国家总体水平不高贸易管理及立法规范落后整体竞争力水平不高。介绍了我国服务贸易的发展现状从理论和实践上分析了并有针对性地提出了推进我国服务贸易发展的对策。
ABSTRACT
In recent years with the developing of service industry of countries rapidly and expanding of trade in service, economy and trade development have played an important role international trade in services and incorporated into the multilateral agenda.Trade in services international trade has become the new field of competition, and factor of improving international competitiveness of an important factor. At present, the developed countries in international trade in services are still a dominant position. It is a service industry and service trade relative level of development backward to countries, the overall level is not high, trade management and legislative norms is behind, the overall level of competitiveness is not high. This paper introduces the development of Chinas service trade and the characteristics of the status quo, from the theoretical and practical analyses the development of Chinas service trade constraints, and put forward to promote the development of Chinas service trade measures.
