本科毕业论文 题 目:我国商业银行个人金融业务发展研究 姓 名: 学 院:继续教育与职业教育学院 系:金融系 专 业:金融学 年级:2010级秋 学 号: 指导教师: 职称:教授 2012年9月5日 我国商业银行个人金融业务发展研究 [摘要] 随着我国社会主义市场经济制度不断完善,个人收入不断提高,家庭所拥有的金融资产大幅上升,消费、投资意愿及现代理财观念增强,金融服务需求日益多样化。然而,由于受到银行经营管理水平的限制,个人金融业务的发展速度和服务水平还远远不能适应市场的需求。如何使我国商业银行个人金融业务更加完善已成为我国商业银行面临的新课题。本文从国内商业银行个人金融业务现状分析入手,深入分析国内商业银行个人金融业务发展中存在的问题,进而提出发展我国商业银行个人金融业务的策略和应采取的措施。 [关键词] 商业银行 个人金融业务 市场定位 个人信用 Development of Chinas commercial banks personal banking business Abstract: brokerage business has always been an important source of income for our brokerage , but in 2008, there has been decline in brokerage business brokerage industry , the main reason is that the broker is to provide investors with homogenization , channel-type service, under floating commission system in the background, such as brokerage commissions discount competition necessarily translate low level of competition , the results by price competition at the expense of their own profits broker to gain competitive advantage. Commission levels and prices are highly correlated. Profit decline is the inevitable result of such a low level of competition . In recent years, most brokers have realized the need transformation necessary brokerage business , have done some useful exploration , but it can be said that the formation of yet none of the brokers like Merrill Lynch, or Edward Jones as sustained profitability model. In five years time I will combine the work of brokers , brokerage revenues experienced by the channel -service oriented to investment consulting services , financial services -oriented , and gradually increase service charges in the proportion of total revenue , while providing comprehensive based integrated financial services broker to move forward.
