中国石油大学（华东）本科毕业设计 Y211-114封隔器设计与分析 摘 要 本文所设计分析的封隔器是一种目前被广泛应用于油气生产的井下工具，其基本功能就是将井下环空进行密封或者将目的层段进行隔离。封隔器上有胶筒、卡瓦等许多重要构件，它们的结构和性能十分重要，关乎到最终的生产和安全。随着油气井深度的增加和地层复杂程度的加大，封隔器成为关注的重点。 本文首先讲述了封隔器的基本情况，包括发展状况、型号组成、功能原理等，然后对Y211-114封隔器重要零部件进行了结构和尺寸方面的设计和分析，在材料选择方面，本文对多种材料进行了详细的对比，随后对关键部分做了强度校核。最后，得出结论，完成对Y211-114封隔器的设计与分析。 关键词：封隔器；设计；分析 The design and analysis of Packer of Y211-114 form Abstract Packer designed and analyzed of this paper is a widely used in the production of oil and gas downhole tool, its basic function is to seal the annulus downhole or isolate the target layer.
