研究生硕士论文 论题：大学校园文化在大学生道德人格培育中的作用及实现路径研究 姓 名 黄远明 学 号 201103018 专 业 思想政治教育 指导教师 胡龙华教授 所在学院 马克思主义学院 日期： 2014 年 03月 16日 摘要 大学教育不仅要教会大学生完备的知识体系，更应教会大学生懂得如何正确协调好人与自然、个人与社会、自我与他人的关系，从而具备适应时代、社会发展要求的道德人格品质。大学校园文化作为重要的文化形态，在大学生道德人格形成中发挥着重要作用。因此，本文着重探究了大学校园文化对大学生道德人格培育的作用及实现路径。本文采用文献研究法，在查阅、借鉴、吸收大量相关理论与实践成果的基础上，对大学校园文化与大学生道德人格的联系进行了系统的研究，并结合当前大学校园文化在大学生道德人格培育中的实际情况，探寻了现实的解决路径。本文第一章，主要对本研究主题的相关概念进行了解析，为后文的论述提供了清晰的概念界定。本文第二章，探究了大学校园文化在大学生道德人格培育中的作用，分别从大学校园文化对大学生道德认知、道德情感、道德意志、道德行为几方面形成中的作用进行了论述。本文第三章，就当前大学校园文化在大学生道德人格培育中存在的问题进行了探究，分别从大学环境文化、大学制度文化、大学精神文化、大学行为文化在大学生道德人格培育中存在的问题进行了论述。本文第四章，探寻了大学校园文化培育大学生道德人格的实现路径，以此为大学校园文化培育大学生道德人格实践提供有益的借鉴。本文认为大学校园文化在大学生道德人格培育中具有重要作用，但对此问题在理论研究与实践过程中，都还有许多地方值得进一步深化。本文从大学生道德人格培育的角度来探讨大学校园文化建设,虽然在视角上不是首创,但系统地、深入地对此问题研究在理论界并不多见,具有一定的创新意义。 关键字：大学校园文化；大学生；道德人格培育 Abstract Keyword： Campus culture college students the cultivation of moral personality University education is not only to teach students knowledge system complete, should teach students how to proper coordination of man and nature, man and society, the relationship between self and others, and to adapt to the moral personality quality requirement of the times, social development.
