我国本轮通货膨胀问题研究 —————基于历史情况的比较 摘要：2008年以来的全球性经济危机对世界经济造成深远影响，全球经济一片低迷。但是随着各国大规模救援措施的连续出台，世界经济已经缓慢复苏，其中我国表现得尤为明显，成功实现V形反弹。令人意外的是，伴随我国经济复苏带来的则是物价水平的持续上升，通货膨胀突然成为我国宏观经济运行的重大问题。通过与我国历史上几次通货膨胀的比较，发现我国当前的通货膨胀在背景、表现等方面都呈现出一些新特点，并且通过对本轮通货膨胀的深入研究，发现国际性输入因素有别以往地成为此次通胀的主要原因。随后对我国当前的治理措施进行了简要评价，从中发现了包括央行货币政策两难、国际性输入压力巨大等困难，并据此提出了短期内加大资本管制、建立价格传导过渡机制、完善经济监控系统以及探索我国通货膨胀制等措施。 关键词：本轮 通货膨胀 特点 成因 对策 The current round of inflation in China —Based on the Comparison of historical circumstances Abstract：Since?2008,?the global?economic crisis had a?far-reaching impact?on the world?economy, and the global economy?in the doldrums. But with the countrys continuous introduction of large-scale relief measures, the world economic recovery has been slow, which has been particularly evident in China, successful implementation of V-shaped rebound. Surprisingly, with the?countrys?economic recovery?is the?rising?level of prices, inflation?suddenly?become?major issues in?macroeconomic. Through the comparison of inflation that occurred several times in our history, this article found the current inflation in China Present some new characteristics in background, performance and so on. Through the In-depth study of the current round of inflation, this article concluded that international input factors become the main reason of the current round of inflation in China. Then, with the brief evaluation of current control Measures in China, it’s easy to found that we have many difficulties to governance the current round of inflation. For example, monetary policy dilemma of the central bank and the huge international pressure, Etc. Finally, the article proposed those measures to control the inflation, such as increase the capital controls in short-term, establish a price transmission mechanism and improve the economic monitoring system.
