沈阳建筑大学 毕业设计 毕 业 设 计 题 目 信诚富方项目一期工程9#楼施工项目招标控制价编制 学院专业班级 管理学院工程造价09-1班 学 生 姓 名 唐天浪 性别 男 指 导 教 师 李丽红 职称 副 教 授 2013年 6 月 14日 摘要 随着我国建筑行业市场的管理日趋完善。为了适应当今建筑市场的发展，我国在03年开始提出推行国际工程市场流行的工程量清单计价模式，在经过几年的推行和不断摸索中，我国逐步发展符合我国国情的清单计价模式，并于08年再次推出《建筑工程工程量清单计价规范》，以更准确的掌握我国建筑行业的发展方向。招标控制价是招标人根据国家或省级、行业主管部门颁发的有关计价依据和办法，按照设计施工图集计算的，对招标工程限定的最高工程造价。本次毕业设计中针对铁岭市信诚富方一期工程9#楼进行了工程量清单的计算以及招标控制价的编制，主要内容有熟悉图纸收集相关资料，根据指定的施工图纸及建设工程工程量清单计价规范划分工程量清单项目，计算分部分项工程工程量、措施项目工程量、规费与税金等，在此基础上编制工程量清单，最后填报综合单价，从而计算出招标控制价。 关键词：工程量清单;招标控制价; 综合单价 Abstract With China’s construction industry market management improvement, in order to adapt to the development of the construction market,China began in 2003 and suggestions to carry international engineering market popular bq model,after years of pushing and fumble ceaselessly,China has gradually developed to China’s national conditiongs, re-launched the code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works in 2008 in order to more accurately grasp the development direction of Chinas construction industry .The tender price control is the tenderer according to the national or provincial level,the administrative department of construction industry issued by the relevant valuation basis and method,according to design the construction drawings of calculation,to limit the highest bidding project of project cost. The graduation project in Tieling City，XinChengFuFang project of 9 # building carried out bq calculation and preparation of tender price control work .
