摘 要 本项目为武汉市金太阳机械厂轻型门式刚架设计。根据设计任务书的要求，分建筑与结构两部分进行设计。 建筑部分，通过查阅《钢结构设计规范GB50017-2003》、《简明钢结构设计手册》等相关资料，将门式刚架厂房设计为2跨，每跨的间距为24m，柱距为6m，长度为108m，总的建筑面积为3456m2。该单层门式刚架结构是以轻型焊接H型钢（变截面）作为主要承重骨架，用冷弯薄壁型钢（C型）做檩条、墙梁；以采用80mmEPS保温夹芯板做屋面、同时作为保温隔热材料并适当设置支撑的一种轻型房屋结构体系。 结构部分，根据已形成的建筑图及其相关要求，查阅《建筑结构荷载规范GB50009-2001》、《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范GB50018-2002》、《钢结构连接节点设计手册》、《房屋建筑钢结构设计》等相关规范和一定量的实际工程设计图，对每榀刚架的最不利荷载进行计算，利用结构力学求解器软件完成刚架的内力计算，内力组合后，然后通过设计规范的相关要求，对刚架梁、柱、支撑、檩条等构件进行稳定性计算，用AUTOCAD2008分别绘制出设计图。最后，整理计算书并出图。 关键词： 轻型钢结构门式刚架; 吊车; H型钢; 钢柱脚; Abstract This project is a light steel portal frame design in wuhan.
