中文摘要 中文摘要 经济增长因素研究是一个国家和地区经济发展的重要课题。市场经济体制 改革以来，重庆市经济发展取得了巨大成就。1994--2010 年重庆市国内生产总值 实现了快速、稳定、持续增长，并且增长速度领先于全国增长水平。 为了找出重庆市经济增长的推动因素以及各因素对经济增长的贡献，本文 对重庆市经济增长进行了系统的研究。首先从经济增长理论上，借鉴和归纳了 古典经济增长理论、新古典经济增长理论、新经济增长理论以及制度学派等对 于经济增长源泉的探索和研究成果，得出影响经济增长的因素主要有劳动、资 本、技术、知识以及制度等，接着对这些要素结合重庆市的实际情况进行现状 分析，在现状分析的基础上，采用丹尼森的因素分析法，运用扩展的柯布--道格 拉斯生产函数构建模型，对重庆市经济增长因素进行实证分析。 模型参数估计的的结果表明，劳动投入、固定资本投入、人力资本投入以 及制度变迁对重庆市经济增长的影响是显著的，劳动力投入对产出的弹性最大， 为 1.5，固定资本投入对产出的贡献率最高，为 65%，而制度变迁对于重庆市经 济的增长却起到了阻碍作用（产出弹性为-0.55）。最后得出结论，即重庆市高速 的经济增长主要来源于大量的固定资本投资，对人力资本的投入也对重庆市的 经济增长做出重要贡献。 最后，提出了促进重庆市经济增长的对策和建议：要使重庆市经济得以持 续增长，应该加大投资力度，同时要注意提高投资的效益；加大对教育投入的 同时应注重提高教育的质量；加大对科研的投入以及优化产业结构，引导产出 弹性较高的劳动力要素流向第三产业。  关键词：经济增长  因素分析  贡献率 I Abstract Abstract Economic growth factors research is an important issue in national and regional economic development. Since the market economic system reformed, there has been a huge success in economic growth in Chongqing. From 1994 to 2010, the GDP in Chongqing has realized a fast, stable, sustainable growth, and the growth rate is in the leading level among all cities in China. In order to find the driving factor of economic growth of Chongqing, as well as factors contributing to economic growth, this article has done a systematic study about the economic growth of Chongqing. First of all, based on the economic growth theory, this article uses the classical theory of economic growth, neo-classical economic growth theory, new economic growth theory and school system which contain the exploration and research results for the source of economic growth and then obtained factors that affect economic growth are mainly labor, capital, technology, knowledge and system etc.. Then this article has done the status quo analysis of these elements on the basis of the analysis in the current situation in Chongqing.
