中国瘦肉猪新品系SⅡ1系选育及利用研究
摘要:采用“开放与闭锁”相结合的不完全群体继代选育方法,并与分子标记辅助选择与常规育种相结合,培育中国瘦肉猪新品系。经过五个世代的选育,初步育成了具有自主知识产权的优质、高效、抗逆的中国瘦肉猪新品系sⅱ1系。新品系初产母猪产仔数10.63头/窝、产活仔数9.41头/窝、经产母猪产仔数11.50头/窝、产活仔数10.72头/窝,肥育期日增重810.90 g、料肉比2.58∶1、瘦肉率71.03 %,达100 kg体重日龄为159.05 d,该结果全面达到或超过了育种目标。在此基础上,通过配套杂交利用,新品系展现出了良好的配合力和杂种优势率,优化的“杜×长大”、“杜×大湖”三元配套系商品猪的料肉比分别为2.69∶1和2.81∶1,达100 kg体重日龄分别为162 d和167 d,瘦肉率分别为68.98%和67.13%,表现出了良好的生产性能。累计推广各类种猪3.2万多头,获得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。

abstract: not completely group jidai breeding method “open and closure” combined, marker-assisted selection and comventional breeding method were combined to breed the new line of chinese lean-type swine. after 5 generations of breeding,a new line(sⅱ1) of chinese lean-type swine with high efficiency, high quality, stress resistance and autonomous intellectual property was cultured by partial closure continuous progeny selection combined mas. the results showed that the total number of born (tnb) and the number of born alive (nba) of the priniparous sows in the sⅱ1 line swine was 10.63 and 9.41, respectively, while it was 11.50 and 10.72 of the multiparous sows, respctively. the average daily gain (adg) and the feed conversion ratio (fcr) in the finishing period was 810.90 g and 2.58∶1, respectively. the lean meat percentage was 71.03 % and the age at 100 kg weight was 159.05 days. all of the indexs were reach or above the breeding objectives. and it presented good conbination ability and heterosis in its crossbreeding utilization. the feed conversion ratio, the age at 100 kg weight, the lean meat percentage of its three lines combination duroc×landrace ×yorcshire and duroc×yorcshir×hubei white pigs were 2.69∶1,162 days,68.98% and 2.81∶1,167 days,67.13%, respectively. the
