对妇产科护理过程中感染问题的分析和探讨 【摘要】目的:分析对妇产科患者进行综合护理过程中的危险感染因素并提出相应的解决对策。方法:对2011年1月～2012 年9月在我院妇产科就诊的2460例出院患者（妇科1540，产科920）进行回顾性调查，对患者住院期间的感染情况进行调查、统计和分析，得出妇产科患者的感染率、主要感染部位以及感染年龄分布。结果:妇科感染部位最多的是呼吸道感染占总人数的36.2%，其次是泌尿道感染占总人数的29.8%；产科感染部位最多的是创口感染占总人数的41.2%，其次是呼吸道感染，占总人数的17.6%；患者的感染率和年龄因素密切相关，感染率随着患者年龄的增大而上升；妇产科患者的感染还与患者的住院时间成正比。结论:妇产科护理过程中感染因素极其复杂，为了能够降低妇产科住院人员的感染率，护理工作者应当加强培训，做到操作规范，尽量降低妇产科住院患者的感染率。 【关键词】妇产科; 护理; 感染 [Abstract]Objective: to analyze the risk of Obstetrics and gynecology patients nursing during the course of infection factors and put forward corresponding countermeasures. Methods: 2011 January to 2012 September in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology clinic in 2460 patients (1540 of 920 Department of gynaecology, obstetrics) were investigated retrospectively, investigation, statistics and analysis of the patients during hospitalization infection, the infection rate in patients in Department of gynecology and obstetrics, the primary site of infection and infection age distribution. Results: the gynecological infection site most is accounted for 36.2% of the total number of infections of the respiratory tract, followed by urinary tract infection accounted for 29.8% of the total; obstetric infection site is the largest wound infection accounted for 41.2% of the total, followed by respiratory tract infection, accounting for 17.6% of the total number; infection rate and age were closely related, infection rate increased with the increase of the age of the patients; obstetrics patients infected with proportional to hospitalization. Conclusion: the infection of gynecology and obstetrics nursing process factors are complex, in order to reduce the infection rate of Obstetrics and gynecology hospital staff, care workers should strengthen the training, to do the practices, as far as possible to reduce the hospital infection rate in patients in Department of gynecology and obstetrics.
