试论我国高等教育制度变迁之理性 蒋 惠 玲 （ 南京师范大学教育科学学院，江苏 南京 ） 【摘要】高等教育制度变迁之主体因国家、市场和学术三方力量博弈的结果而在实质上飘忽不定，从而体现出不同的价值理性。新中国成立后始于50年代和80年代的两次高等教育制度变迁分别起始于社会转型之际，体现了政治理性和弱经济理性的特点。20世纪末，进行中的制度变迁体现出价值理性分野的迹象。制度变迁因主体的有限理性须遵循道德理性的制约，将政治论与认识论作为高等教育存在的合法性基础。 【关键词】高等教育制度变迁；理性 Abstracts: The institutional change of higher education reflects the different trends of value rationality as the subjects vary due to the outcome of the game among the power of politics, economy and academy.
