双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片防治小儿抗生素相关性腹泻的临床研究 【摘要】 目的 探讨双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片防治小儿抗生素相关性腹泻( AAD) 的临床疗效。方法 选取 2010 年 3 月至 2013 年 2 月本院呼吸道感染患儿 300 例，首先按照年龄大小分为 A 组( 1 个月 ～1 岁) 140 例，B 组( 1 ～3 岁) 160 例，AB 两组内再随机分成观察组150 例( A 组: 70 例，B 组: 80 例) 与对照组 150 例( A 组: 70 例，B 组: 80 例) 。对照组应用抗生素治疗呼吸道感染，出现腹泻后给予常规治疗; 观察组在应用抗生素治疗的同时给予双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片，出现腹泻后在常规治疗的基础上继续服用该药物。观察指标包括腹泻发生率、治疗总体有效率、腹泻持续时间三项。结果 ①观察组腹泻发生率明显的低于对照组，腹泻治疗总体有效率明显的高于对照组，腹泻持续时间明显的短于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P ＜0. 05) ; ②B 组中观察组的腹泻发生率明显低于 A 组中的观察组，差异有统计学意义( P ＜0. 05) 。结论 双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片防治小儿抗生素相关性腹泻临床疗效显著，尤其对于 1 ～3 岁的小儿 AAD 预防效果更加突出，值得临床推广。 【关键词】 双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片; 抗生素相关性腹泻; 小儿 The clinical research Of pediatric antibiotic associated diarrhea prevented and treated by bifidobacteri- um lactobacillus triple living bacterium tablet QU Shu-sheng． Shandong Feicheng Mining Center Hospital， Tai’an 271608，China 【Abstract】 Objective Discuss the clinical effect of pediatric antibiotic associated diarrhea ( AAD) pre- vented and treated by bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple living bacterium tablet． Methods Selection our hos- pital pediatric respiratory tract infection children 300 cases from March 2010 to February 2013，firstly divided into group A ( 1 month ～ 1year old) 140 cases and group B ( 1 ～ 3year old) 160 cases according to the age; secondly randomly divided into observation group ( group A: 70 cases and group B: 80 cases) and control group 150 cases ( group A: 70 cases and group B: 80 cases) within the AB groups． Control group given antibiotics treat respiratory tract infection，given conventional treatment after diarrhea appear; Observation group given bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple living bacterium tablet at the time of application of antibiotics，continue tak- ing this drug on the basis of conventional treatment after diarrhea appear． Observation indexes including the in- cidence of diarrhoea，total effective rate，duration of diarrhoea． Ｒesults ①The incidence of diarrhea of obser- vation group was obviously lower than the control group，diarrhea treatment overal
