我国经济住房物业管理纠纷的产生及其解决对策 [摘 要]我国物业管理从20 世纪80 年代初起步发展至今,特别是在房地产建设的推动下,发展相当迅速。随着我国社会经济的发展和繁荣,人们对生活质量和工作环境的要求不断提高,物业管理也正处在不断地探索与发展之中。如何更好地解决物业公司和业主之间不断出现的纠纷,使物业管理公司更好地服务于业主,使双方的合法权益真正得到维护,已成为人们关注的焦点。本文在探讨物业管理纠纷主要类型及特点的基础上,分析物业管理纠纷产生的原因,并对如何解决物业管理纠纷提出自己的观点。 [关键词]物业管理 现状 纠纷 类型 特点 原因 对策 Chinese economic housing property management disputes and Its Countermeasures Abstract:Property management in our country from the nineteen eighties beginning today, especially in the development of real estate construction, develops very quickly.
