摘 要 自从中国成为世贸成员之后，面对入世的挑战，面对更激烈的市场竞争，打造核心竞争力是中国企业特别是大型建筑企业的必然选择。那么，中国建筑企业怎样构建以及有效的提升企业本身的核心竞争力已经成为了一个刻不容缓的问题. 本文的研究主要采用SWOT分析法，利用文献调研和数学统计，分析核心竞争力理论，了解核心竞争力的特征。分析中国建筑企业现在的发展情况以及企业本身存在的问题，将抽象化、复杂化的核心竞争力分解为各个影响要素，并且与我国建筑企业的实际情况相结合。从企业核心竞争力的视角，利用内部途径以及外部途径，有效的解决中国建筑企业核心竞争力不足的问题，并提出相应的解决措施。 本文的研究成果对于提升我国建筑企业的核心竞争力以及建筑企业的长远发展具有一定的实用价值和指导意义。 关键词：建筑企业，核心竞争力，SWOT分析法，提升策略 Abstract Since China has been a member of the WTO, facing the challenges after joining in the WTO and the more intense market competition, for Chinese building enterprises, especially large construction enterprise, creating and developing core competing ability is their inevitable choice. Then, how to construct and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise itself effectively has become an urgent problem. This research mainly adopts SWOT, through anglicizing core competitiveness theory, we learn out the characteristics of the core competitiveness to Chinese architectural enterprises, we analysis the current development of Chinese construction enterprises as well as problems in the enterprise itself, we converse the complex and abstract concept into various influential factors, when it combine with actual situation of Chinas construction enterprise, From the perspective of core competence, using internal and external ways, we solve the shortage of the China construction enterprise core competitive power, and bring out some corresponding solutions. For this research enhance our core competitiveness of construction enterprises and building long-term development has some practical value and significance.
