我国烟草信息化现状分析与对策探讨 摘要： “三农”问题是我国改革发展的重中之重，烟草生产是大农业的一个组成部分，如何更好的发展烟草生产，保障烟草生产的可持续发展，加快传统烟草生产向烟草信息化转变的步伐，是摆在每个烟草人面前的重大课题。发展烟草信息化，是以科学发展观统领烟草工作的必然要求，顺应我国国民经济发展的客观趋势，符合当前烟草生产发展的规律，代表烟草生产的发展方向。加入WTO后的中国烟草市场将逐步开放，面对经济一体化、烟草国际化、信息网络化的新形势，中国烟草业即将面临日益加重的、来自国内外的双重竞争，面临严峻挑战。这场竞争不仅仅是人、技术、产品、服务、市场的竞争，更是一场管理思想、经营理念的竞争。用现代技术和管理手段，推动企业现代化水平的提高，全力打造“数字烟草，数字企业”，使信息化建设在企业改革与发展中发挥更大的作用，做到管理精细化、分析理性化和决策科学化。 对此，本论文在对烟草信息化现状及存在问题进行分析的基础上，以案例形式对烟草行业信息化进行了分析，最后提出风险规避和信息化保障措施，促进烟草信息化健康发展。 关键字：烟草信息化 信息技术 烟草行业 Abstract rural economy, rural development and rural demography is the most important problem during the development of our country reform , tobacco production is an integral part of agriculture, how to better develop tobacco producing, guaranteeing the sustainable development of tobacco production, accelerating traditional tobacco production tobacco information pace, is placed in each of the major task before the tobacco.
