摘 要 旅游用地是土地利用的一种方式，是旅游产业中必要的物质基础。然而在旅 游用地的开发中，只重视对旅游资源的开发，片面地追求旅游资源带来的经济效 益，而忽视了土地的可持续利用。旅游用地是旅游资源的载体，旅游地的可持续 发展有赖于土地资源的可持续利用。因此，对于旅游用地的可持续利用研究是十 分有必要的。 本文选取广西十万大山国家森林公园作为研究对象。从景区土地利用结构分 析、社会发展、经济发展和生态环境这4个方面选取19个评价指标，运用层次 分析方法和模糊综合评价法对指标体系进行评价。通过综合评价得出十万大山国 家森林公园旅游用地处于基本可持续利用阶段。对评价结果进行分析和结合实地 考察发现，十万大山国家森林公园在旅游用地利用过程中存在土地开发和利用率 低、旅游用地利用投入产出水平不高、旅游基础设施不够完善、缺乏专业的人才、 旅游者和当地社区居民对十万大山国家森林公园生态环境的破坏等问题。 针对十万大山国家森林公园旅游用地可持续利用中存在的不足，提出了十万 大山国家森林公园旅游用地可持续利用的对策：即需要完善旅游用地的管理政策 和做好土地详查工作，加强土地用途管制，合理利用土地，提高管理水平，形成 保护土地资源的合力等。通过以上措施保障十万大山国家森林公园旅游用地可持 续利用。 关键词:旅游用地；土地可持续利用；评价；十万大山国家森林公园 I Abstract Tourismlandisaformoflandusage.And itistheessentialmaterialbasis ofthe tourism development.However, the development of land in the tourism, only attach importance to the development oftourism resources, One-sidedpursuit of economic benefits oftourismresources,ignoringthe sustainableuse oflandresources.Tourism landisthe carrieroftourismresources, sustainableuse of tourism landdependson the sustainableuse oflandresources.
