摘 要 摘 要 在中国经济发展的大环境下，河北省的中小企业有了快速发展。中小企业因为具有 规模小、数量多、经营方式比较灵活的特点，所以能够吸引大量的劳动力、促进自由竞 争、维护社会稳定，这种优势决定了中小企业在河北省经济发展中有着重要的地位和作 用。但是融资难一直是制约河北省中小企业发展的主要因素,中小企业利用银行贷款、 民间借贷等方式很难满足资金需求。而融资租赁作为一种“融资”与“融物”相结合的 新型融资方式，在支持中小企业发展方面具有很多的优势，因此融资租赁在新形势下已 经成为解决河北省中小企业融资问题的一种重要方法。现在河北省的融资租赁发展比较 缓慢，许多因素制约着我省融资租赁业的发展，中小企业在融资租赁中存在一些问题。 解决这些问题有既有利于我省的融资租赁行业的发展，对省内中小企业运用融资租赁这 种新型的融资方式也同样具有重要的现实意义。 本文的主要内容包括河北省中小企业融资租赁的适用性、可行性、融资租赁的制约 因素和融资租赁过程中的问题及相应的对策。由于融资租赁只是为河北省中小企业开辟 了一条新的融资渠道，并不是所有的中小企业都适合采用此方法，因此需要进行融租赁 的可行性分析，这关系到企业的生产经营和经济效益。在对企业融资租赁的可行性分析 时，运用了定性和定量两种方法。融资租赁过程中出现的问题主要包括违约问题、财务 问题和意识问题等，本文将运用案例对这些问题进行定性分析，并针对相应的问题提出 了相关对策建议。 关键词 河北省中小企业 融资租赁 净现值法 现金流量 I Abstract Abstract Under the circumstances of Chinas economic development, small and medium-sized enterprises have a rapid development in Hebei province. Because of having small scale, much quantity, and operating more flexiblely, small and medium-sized enterprises can attract a lot of labor, promote free competition, and maintain social stability.
