Employment status survey of Normal undergraduates and countermeasures Abstract Normal education students’ professional quality directly affects the development of education in our country. Cultivating excellent students in normal education major is an effective way to enhance the level of education in our country. As the development of society changes, the problems of employment after graduation of students in normal education major have been concerned by all circles of society. Employment of normal undergraduates not only affects students’ personal development but also has certain impacts on the society. This paper starts with the existing problems of the normal undergraduate employment. Through questionnaires and interviews to normal undergraduate students from three normal universities in Liaoning province, this paper analyzed the reasons of employment difficulties and put forward effective countermeasures. The following part is main contents of the paper: The first part is introduction, including research background and current status, research contents and significance, research methods and framework, etc. The second part makes the survey of the situation of normal undergraduate employment, containing the survey of questionnaires, which was distributed to normal undergraduates in three normal universities in Liaoning province. The third part talks about the problems that affect the successful employment of normal undergraduates.
