ERP环境下中小企业资金管理存在的问题及对策 摘 要 管理相关理 Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, small and medium-sized enterprises in our country are facing increasing competition. Development of enterprises cannot do without capital and capital management of small and medium-sized enterprises plays a non-negligible role in promoting healthy and orderly development of enterprises. Application and popularization of ERP in small and medium-sized enterprises improve the efficiency of capital management of small and medium-sized enterprises and guarantee benefits of enterprises. Although the ERP system has advantages in capital management, there are still some problems. Based on relevant theories of ERP and capital management, in combination with features of small and medium-sized enterprises, focused on the five small and medium-sized enterprises that have implemented ERP, in the aspects of financing, investment and capital operation, this paper analyzes problems in capital management of small and medium-sized enterprises in the ERP environment. Finally, strategies are proposed for small and medium-sized enterprises to improve financing activities, do a good job in investment and planning and strengthen working capital management. It provides effective and practical methods for capital management of small and medium-sized enterprises and promotes development of enterprises.
