新宁县可持续发展评价 资源环境与城乡规划管理 2010级 周倩 摘要：当代城镇化快速推进的过程中，城镇的可持续发展越来越成为关注和研究的热点，区域社会经济的健康发展和生态环境的良好协调不断的成为可持续发展研究的重点。 世界自然遗产“崀山”所在地新宁县旅游特色突出、农业发展良好，在“打造城市特色，大力开发旅游”的浪潮中处于加速发展的阶段。本文以新宁县为研究对象，通过对新宁县的发展现状分析，依据可持续发展理论，按照可持续发展评价的思路，充分挖掘旅游城市的特征，遵循科学、实际、系统的原则，从社会、经济、资源环境三个方面构建新宁县可持续发展评价指标体系；选取了2指标，采用层次分析法和运用加权线性和法确定指标权重和综合评价值，评价结果表明：新宁县2007-2012年可持续发展水平呈上升的态势，社会、经济的到了一定的发展，人民的生活水平不断提高，但这是建立在不合理的消耗资源环境基础上，总体的可持续发展能力较差，。 关键词：新宁县; 可持续发展; 指标体系; 层次分析法Abstract：Contemporary rapid advance of urbanization process, the urban sustainable development is more and more attention and become one of the research hot spot, the healthy development of the regional social economy and ecological environment of good coordination of constantly become the focus of the research of sustainable development. Home to the world natural heritage Lang mountain XinNingXian outstanding characteristics of tourism, agricultural development is good, in the city characteristics, vigorously develop tourism the tide of accelerated development stage.
