At present, it has been widely used in various fields. Because of its superior performance. PLC develops at a very fast speed since it came out. The thesis is blended with theory and practice, which illustrates concretely the application of the PLC in automatic production line. First it is designed and processed by understanding each motion of MPS05 module automatic production line-III station. Then, design echelon chart according to the requirements of processing. Debugging and application are the last two steps. The aim is to know the importance of the automatic production line in module life. It includes the option of the PLC model number the allocation of the I/O ports, the drawing of the I/O hardware wiring diagram, the design of the PLC ladder chart program. There are some concrete introductions for the working process of the MPS05 modularization automatic production line which is control by the PLC, and it also expounds, the advantages of designing pro
